Proposed custom-type logo for the Philadelphia leg of the Baseball as America exhibit, a national celebration of America’s romance with baseball at the National Constitution Center.

A refresh of the existing logo for the LIFG Foundation. This updated design features much more sophisticated custom lettering than it's predecessor.

Zahav Restaurant
Proposed logo for an Israeli-Mediterranean restaurant in Philadelphia. The name Zahav means gold in Hebrew, so custom type was drawn to mimic Hebrew letterforms. The dots are drawn from the dot patterns found around some gold coins.

Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre
Final logo for Arkansas' professional Shakespeare production company, featuring a waving swallowtail flag with pole that extends into, and through the type beneath.

King David Dogs
Logo refresh for a hotdog bar in downtown Indianapolis. Features custom blackletter and script types. The H refers to Hene – the family name behind the bar and local meat company.

Verge is an Indiana startup community who host regular showcase events featuring the latest startup companies in the Midwest. Each letterform of the logo emerges from the last, signifying collaboration and a continuous evolution of ideas.

Slideshare by LinkedIn
Proposed logo refresh for the professional content sharing platform. Following LinkedIn's acquisition of Slideshare in 2012, the logo was refreshed to bring parity between the LinkedIn and Slideshare brand identities – colors were updated, icon simplified, and custom typography developed based on LinkedIn's corporate typeface. The updated icon also has a pronounced speech bubble, signifying the importance of community discussion around uploaded content.

Sycamore School Mascot
Initial sketch and final mascot illustration for a private K-8 school. The final design was toned back to be less aggressive, and to better suit the age range of the school's students.

Quipol
Quipol was a social polling application with the goal of capturing sentiment through questions with simple yes or no answers. The custom Q of the logo represents a person with an outstretched arm, presenting the rest of the logo.

Logo for an annual festival that brings together the best of Indiana’s agricultural and food communities for educational discussion panels, cooking demonstrations, urban gardening exhibits, wine tastings, beer and food pairing classes, and much more.

Custom type for the online form building and data management tool. The 'rm' form a coiled spring – an obvious reference to the name.

When Formspring pivoted to become Formspring.me, they rebranded as Formstack and developed an entirely new brand identity. The stack of forms looks like a document stack, the form fields forming an F.

Logo for a Scottish Audi motorsport company. The logo used current Audi brand elements (typography, color) to form a speedometer featuring the company website URL.
